Calthorpe House is an old farmhouse with a separate single storey barn. In the barn there are two comfortable double bedrooms, both en suite and both have use of a very large sitting room with T.V. There is also an annexe to the house where there is a double bedroom, private sitting room with T.V. bathroom and front door. All bedrooms have tea/coffee making faciities. Breakfast is served in the house.

Calthorpe
House has a large garden with pond and stream and the
property is surrounded by farmland. There are no near neighbours. Under
cover car parking is available.
Calthorpe House is situated
between Aylsham and Cromer and is 1/2 mile from Aldborough village with
its lovely cricket green. The village has two pubs, Spar shop, Post Office
and garage. It is also close to Blickling, Felbrigg, Mannington and Wolterton
Hall and approximately seven miles from the Coast and not too far from
Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club. A number of excellent restaurants
are nearby.
